The gardening season is well upon us and over doing things can result in pulled muscles and sore backs and necks. Why not book in for a postural check and a massage if you're feeling the strain.
We have started stocking gel insoles for feet. They feel fantastic and as well as providing support in the appropriate places have a massage effect - great if you have to be on your feet for a long time.
Jenny is on course physio at the 2012 Games....seems to be the only way of getting to be there (for those of us that applied for tickets and didn't get any)?!
